  • Account data: email address and hashed password when you register.
  • Session and usage data: focus session durations and counts stored to your account to power your dashboard and progress tracking.
  • Payment data: processed exclusively by our payment provider (Stripe). We never store full card numbers. We receive confirmation of successful payments and your subscription status.
  • Analytics data (optional): aggregated, anonymised visit counts and page views via Google Analytics, if you have accepted analytics cookies.
  • Contact form submissions: name, email, and message text submitted via the contact form, processed by Formspree.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To display your focus history and progress on your dashboard.
  • To process payments and manage Pro subscriptions.
  • To respond to support and contact enquiries.
  • To improve website performance and content (aggregated analytics only).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising

We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to:

  • serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites (interest-based advertising);
  • measure ad performance and prevent invalid traffic;

  • request deletion of your account and data;

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit and hashed password storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data.

9. Children's Privacy

Zenbrox is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of Zenbrox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
